Because I sometimes get the question what being better can mean for people, I decided to dedicate a blog here. I also answer the question why it seems as if it is best pricey to get advice.
Why are you going?
Because of being better you come back to claim your self-healing ability. So not for a short-term effect. The requests for help differ and therefore not everything can be named. Nevertheless, I will list a list:

What distinguishes me now from a regular dietitian or nutritionist?
First of all, I am a natural nutrition consultant / expert and orthomolecular weight consultants and I have ample experience in the field of treating ADHD. Despite the fact that a dietitian or other regular dietician wants to give healthy advice from the best intentions, I see that many valuable advice is not given. From my point of view there is no actual permanent claim to the self-healing ability and there is still a lot of advice from processed food products. For example, the light and 0.0% products, advice not to use cream butter, advise sunflower oil which stimulates inflammation etc .. Furthermore, you see that in natural food or orthomolecular, as it is also called nicely, one goes deeper in order to all nutrients to come so that the condition no chance gets. We also look at external factors.that may play a role in our health.
Also, the average values that one wants to get in terms of nutrients are many times higher than regular. We aim for an above average value. This is to be able to prevent sickness from occurring better than if you keep the value on which people just or not just can get sick. Values that are still regularly approved are also considered orthomolecular as worrying. In other words, people usually only start calling much later, because the values are still okay and not worrisome.
Mind you, I am a Consciously Better, I am not a medical specialist and will never make or consult diagnoses to leave medication. I only provide tailor-made nutrition advice to allow your body to recover itself. I also find it important that the practitioner is aware of your trajectory with me. Good communication and cooperation is pleasant when it comes to (serious) clinical pictures.
Why does this seem best at the price?
I can imagine that the amount that is calculated can be frightened. Note that I am going to analyze you well first. I take the time for you extensively. I do this via an extensive questionnaire and a food diary that I spit all over for you. Then there is an initial intake in which I can ask you questions that I have based on your completed questionnaire. You also get the opportunity to provide additional information or ask your questions.
After such an interview (first consultation) I go to work to see where I want to start to help you as well as possible. It is important that it fits within your daily activities and energy level. After all, you have to be able to accomplish it. So I make personal advice tailored to your needs.
In the second consultation we discuss the entire advice that I have made for you. We go through it step by step. Often questions arise and I answer them. If weighing or measuring is required, we do so only in this consultation. At the intake I always give a small assignment, also this is then evaluated.
It is not surprising that a lot of information has fallen away at home. That’s why I always try not to overload you with too much new information. Do you have any questions? You can imagine that if you really want to be helped to look seriously and with much time and attention at you and the external factors. This makes it appear that the intake and the nutritional advice tailored to the pricey side. Do not forget that there is a lot of attention for your situation and advice outside of the consultations. You are heard and seen and taken seriously. So your health is also worked on.
The following consultations are less expensive, but does not mean that I do less for you. I keep the advice after every consultation that it is custom work. We always adapt as necessary or supplement the advice correctly.
Fortunately, I can say that you will be happy and with significantly less or no complaints will finish my consultations. It is a financial investment that makes it worth it.
